A professor placed a big glass jar on the table and filled it with rocks.
“Is it full?” he asked. The students said yes.
Then he poured in pebbles, shaking them between the rocks.
“Now?” They nodded.
Then he poured in sand, and finally water.
He said, “If I started with sand or water, there’d be no room for rocks. The big rocks are your priorities—family, health, purpose. Fill your life with those first.”
